Solmiro — the sun watch
Your solar panels break quietly. We notice loudly.
Solmiro watches your installation every day and compares what it produced with what the actual weather on your roof should have given. When something is wrong — a dead string, a silent inverter, a lost connection — you get a message. Until then, we leave you alone.

The app your installer gave you shows numbers. Nobody watches them.
A failing inverter rarely dies with a bang. It loses a string, clips a phase, drops 30% — and the free app dutifully displays the smaller number to nobody. A lost June week costs €30–40 in unsold power; a fault that lingers for months costs hundreds.
One in three residential inverters develops a fault within 15 years. Most owners find out from their energy bill.
How it works
-
1
Connect your inverter
SolarEdge, Growatt or Enphase account — two minutes, read-only access, we walk you through it.
-
2
We learn your roof
A few weeks of your own production teaches us what your panels normally achieve — orientation, shade and all.
-
3
We check every day
Production is compared against the real sunlight on your roof, corrected for temperature and your system’s own character.
-
4
You hear when it matters
No production, silent inverter, lost access, or quietly underperforming — one clear message with what to check.
What the free apps structurally cannot do
Vendor apps show you what your system produced. They cannot tell you what it should have produced — and they will never message you when the data itself stops arriving.
- Weather-aware judgement. A cloudy week is not a fault. Producing 62% of what the sun on your roof allowed — that is. We know the difference.
- Alerts that come to you. E-mail today; you check nothing, ever. The whole point is that you can forget your panels exist.
- Independent of the manufacturer. We watch the watchers: when the vendor cloud goes quiet or your login breaks, that is an alert too.
- Was it useful? One click. Every alert asks if it was right. Your answers tune the checks — for you and everyone else.

Fair questions
Do you need my inverter password?
No. SolarEdge and Growatt use a read-only API key you create yourself; Enphase uses official consent where you approve exactly what we may see. We can never change anything on your installation.
What if my roof is partly shaded?
That is precisely why we learn from your own production history instead of a textbook formula. Shade, orientation and soiling become part of your personal baseline — we alert on change, not on imperfection.
My vendor app is free. Why pay €30?
The app shows numbers when you open it. We watch them when you don’t — which is every day, for years, which is exactly when faults happen. €30 is what one lost sunny week costs.
How do I cancel?
Online, two clicks, no phone call. Within the first 14 days you pay only for the days we actually watched. After the first year: any moment, one month’s notice, unused months refunded.
